Attorney in the News |
| January
30, 2004 - Attorney Michael Sperling
representing 15 clients in a federal civil
rights lawsuit against the Bradley Center and
the City of Milwaukee for the sale of tickets within
500 feet of the Bradley Center. The Bradley
Center settled its part of the case by paying
$750 to each of the plaintiffs before a federal
judge dismissed the case against the city.
Attorney Sperling will be asking the United
States Supreme
Court to consider the case on the question of

Judgment
Against K-Mart in Slip and Fall Case |
| Attorney
Sperling went to trial against K-Mart regarding a
matter whereby his client slipped and fell on some
shelving left on the floor by a K-Mart employee. Prior
to trial, K-Mart offered $15,000. The jury came back
with a verdict of $100,000, minus 25% that was
